Cashear looks after everything a title needs after it is made: the files and data, the rights, the delivery, and the money it earns. Each service runs on our own software and is handled by our own team.
01
Media asset management
Every title starts as files and data. We take in masters, video, artwork, and metadata, organize them in one catalog, and keep every version, identifier, and credit attached to the asset it describes. Your team, your partners, and our delivery systems all work from the same record.
Ingestion and quality control for masters and artwork
Metadata, identifiers, and credits in one record
Version history for every asset

Digital supply chain
Getting a title to market takes many handoffs. We run that chain from start to finish: validating files and metadata, packaging each release to every partner’s specifications, scheduling deliveries, and tracking each one until the title is available. When a partner rejects or delays something, we see it first and fix it.
We deliver to music services, OTT platforms, broadcast channels, podcast platforms, audiobook stores, and ebook stores. Each delivery uses the format and feed the partner expects, and each one is confirmed and monitored until it is live.
A catalog built for one market can reach many more. We convert titles to the technical specifications of new platforms, prepare localized metadata and artwork, and adapt formats so a release made for one audience can find another.
We study how each title performs across services and territories, then act on it: adjusting pricing and availability, closing gaps in distribution, and positioning titles where they can earn more. Decisions come from the catalog’s own data.

Publishing administration
Compositions earn in places recordings do not. We register works with collecting societies, track where they are used, and collect performance, mechanical, and synchronization income on behalf of writers and publishers.
Clear ownership protects revenue. We register recordings and works with the relevant offices and collecting societies, document the chain of title, and keep records current as rights change hands.
We take in usage and sales reports from every partner, match each line to the right asset and owner, apply the agreed splits, and issue clear statements and payments. Every figure can be traced back to the report it came from.
Societies and services hold royalties they cannot match to an owner, because of missing registrations, conflicting claims, or incomplete metadata. We audit your catalog against those unmatched pools, correct the data that caused the gap, and file claims so the income reaches you, including past periods that can still be recovered.
